WHAT KIND OF WARRANTIES
DO YOU OFFER?
MINI has a 4-year/50,000 mile MINI Passenger Car Limited Warranty and
a 6-year/unlimited-mileage warranty against rust and corrosion perforation.
We also want to provide you with the comfort that your MINI will properly
perform, so MINI offers Full Maintenance as standard for 3 years/36,000
miles.
WHO'S COVERED UNDER
THE WARRANTY?
Your MINI is covered, regardless of who's driving. For security purposes,
the car owner/driver will need to prove ownership by presenting proper
documentation, i.e. valid driver's license, registration, etc.
ARE THE TIRES UNDER
WARRANTY?
Tires are warranted by their respective manufacturer . All tire warranty
information can be found in the tire manufacturer's warranty statement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK
DOWN AND NEED A TOW?
Even the most reliable vehicle may sometimes require attention. And for
this, MINI provides a valuable 24-hour Roadside Assistance Program at
no charge for every vehicle that falls within the new-vehicle warranty
period. This service is available in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto
Rico. Roadside Assistance and other owner benefits are available by calling
(866) 646-4772
You will find a Roadside Assistance Identification Card within your vehicle portfolio. It contains the number of the 24-hour, toll-free number for MINI Roadside Assistance. For your convenience, you can also find that information on a decal that is affixed in your MINI's cargo compartment.
WHAT SERVICES ARE COVERED
UNDER THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM?
Emergency Towing and or wrecker service for mechanical breakdown and accidents
is provided free of charge: You will be towed to the nearest MINI dealer.
Towing to other locations will be the owner's responsibility.
On-site Assistance for: Changing flat tires, jump starting, out of gasoline - limited to $50 per incident
Emergency locked-out service, or towing to authorized MINI dealer - Up to $100 per locksmith incident, or towing as described above
Trip-interruption policy: Reimbursement of lodging, meals, substitute transportation to reunite you with your MINI - For mechanical breakdowns covered under warranty when 100 miles or more from home. Limit $750 per incident up to 5 days. Exclusions apply.

DO I NEED TO USE AN
AUTHORIZED MINI DEALER FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS?
Yes. To obtain services under any of these warranties, the vehicle must
be brought to the service department of any authorized MINI dealer. All
current and future MINI Dealers ARE affiliated with BMW, but only those
MINI Dealers (NOT all BMW centers) have been trained and have the special
tools to properly repair and service MINIs. To view one of the approximately

HOW DO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
SERVICES GET PAID?
In most instances, services provided under the MINI Roadside Assistance
Program do not require immediate payment. Usually, the car owner will
be able to sign a receipt, so the service can be reimbursed by MINI Roadside
Assistance. However, any parts, materials and fuel that the owner pays
for directly will also be reimbursed under the Program.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for a MINI Cooper is $16,975
(w/ D&H). MSRP for a MINI Cooper S is $19,975 (w/ D&H).
Each new MINI comes with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) listed on its "window sticker." MSRP includes destination and handling charge of $550 and excludes title, license, registration, taxes and options. Actual sale price is determined by your authorized MINI dealer.
